2023 Golf Tournament Info
On September 09, 2023, Stepping Stones, Inc. will be hosting a Four Person Scramble Golf Outing Fund-Raising Event at Creekside Golf Course in Lavalette, WV. All funds raised at our tournament will help us fulfil our mission to help us support our boys as they realize their potential one step at a time. These young men have faced much adversity and trauma in their young lives and your generous support helps us to provide the treatment, community experiences, support, and services they need to be successful.
We cannot do this alone. By participating in our tournament, sponsoring our tournament, donating prizes, or volunteering you are coming together as a community to provide a pathway to success for our young men. By building a community that provides youth with connectedness and empowers them to achieve their goals while providing a safety net of support we believe these youth will be empowered to succeed. If you are interested and would like more information, please do not hesitate to contact us. We can share how your donation will be used and recognized via formal written acknowledgement meeting the IRS requirements for your charitable donation. You will be joining a community partnership that is committed to our area’s most vulnerable youth having the safe and nurturing environment needed to be safe, happy, well and able to pursue their hopes and dreams.
In addition to great golf, we intend to provide breakfast, refreshments during the day and a great catered lunch for all the participants afterward. And we would like to have a drawing for prizes for our golfers. There are several ways you can help!
Below are just a few:
- Play Golf! Be part of or sponsor a 4 Person Scramble Team ($360 per team or $100 per individual includes golf, lunch, breakfast, snacks, and opportunity to win prizes) or sponsor an area high school team to participate in a high school bracket.
- Play & Golf Sponsor Sponsorship is $500 for a team, a sign on a hole or tee, and recognition on our sponsor board.
- Title Sponsor Sponsorship is $3000 (includes recognition in all publications, social media and press releases, banner at golf course, recognition during lunch and two golf teams.)
- Drink or Snack Sponsor Sponsorship is $250 – (includes recognition in all publications, social media , sign at golf course)
- Sponsor a Green or Tee Sponsorships are $100.00 (sign on green or tee)
- Sponsor a $10,000 Hole-in-One Contest $1000 – signs on green and tee, social media recognition, and name on sponsorship board.
- Sponsor Longest Putt, Closest to the Pin or Longest Drive Sponsorship is $250.00 (sign on green or tee & social media recognition-6 sponsorships available) – Contest hole with team ($650) includes sign on green or tee, social media recognition and name on our sponsorship board.
- Swag Bag or Golf Towel Sponsor Sponsorship is $1500 and includes recognition for sponsoring bag/towel for participants, social media recognition, recognition during award ceremony, name on sponsorship board and one golf team.
- Prize Sponsor Donate prize items for our drawings. (Recognized on social media and a sign placed in lunch room)
- Golf Sleeve Sponsor Sponsorship is $1500 (recognition for sponsoring sleeve of balls that goes to each golfer, recognized in all media, recognized during award ceremony, name on sponsorship board, and one golf team.)
Being a non-profit organization, we are limited in financial resources. Your contribution will be especially important to us and assist us in having a successful fund-raiser. Be assured that we adhere to the most stringent accounting procedures and your money and/or item donation will be put to beneficial use.
